The iHEAR Partnership is ambitious for the residents of Hounslow and has designed an integrated service to support those affected by drug and alcohol dependence. The service has recovery at its heart and is driven by an ambition to support individuals into and through a range of services, enabling them to rebuild their lives free of dependence.
